Noah is also a member of the Young Lawyers Section.
Noah earned his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School, where he demonstrated leadership as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Organization and as a Senior Member of Moot Court. Noah was awarded a full tuition academic merit scholarship. Prior to law school, Noah earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Michigan State University, where he was selected for the Political Science Scholar Program by faculty.
